CRAFT BEER BREWED WITH CORN
Both of our beers are brewed from De Tacchi barley malt with the addition of our own corn (20%). Produced adopting the
high-fermentation method with conditioning in the bottle, the beers attain a 5.8% alcohol content.
These two special beers present a distinct taste and colour and are enhanced by a lingering after-taste of corn.
Special Biancoperla corn beer
A Special Pale Ale made with our own Biancoperla Corn (Slow Food Presidium product), with a light golden colour and slightly
cloudy, with well-balanced tones and a hint of honey.
Best tasted when quite cold and in a broad glass; an excellent choice as an aperitif or with fish dishes, vegetables, cheese
and ‘pizza bianca’ (plain pizza base without tomato sauce).
Special Maranello Corn Beer
Amber Ale made with our own Maranello Corn, with a ruby colour, presenting a clear fragrance and a distinct caramel flavour.
A drink that should be tasted when quite cold and preferably in a broad glass; an excellent choice when served with first
course dishes with a strong flavour, and with meat or pizzas.
